Tapping & Drilling Screws

Standard hex headed self drilling screws and self tapping screws with the addition of an EDPM bonded washer for applications that require a waterproof seal.
Self Drilling Screws Pan head or CSK head enable the assembler to quickly attach materials such as steel, aluminium, composites or timber to steel section, or similar, up to 35mm thickness without the need for any pre-drilling or thread tapping.
Self Tapping Screws Pan head or CSK head are designed to be screwed into soft materials such as plastic, wood or sheet materials such as 1mm thick steel, so really only for lighter duties. Thread forming / cutting within the receiving material ensuring a strong tightly fitted thread.
Truss head self-drilling screws are corrosion resistant, precision fasteners. As they are self-drilling screws, the need to drill a pilot hole is eliminated. However, its usage should be accompanied by a washer to make sure that the fastener does not move with constant usage. It also reduces the impact of surface-to-surface fastening on both the surfaces.
Concrete screws can attach material to concrete, stone or brick without the need for an additional plug. They have a unique design that includes a long body with a deeper thread for extra strength and resistance.
